So I look back at the calling Justin Bieber website and it says 9PM est......that 6:00 pm for us, not 9 -______-"

And I tried submitting my number again today...it doesn't like show up the code thing where you get it or whatever D:....is this a bad thing? or am I officially in the list until he picks me?????
